This policy explains what personal data the AtlasHive website collects, why, who else processes it, how long it is kept and the rights you have. It covers this website only. Work we do for clients is covered by separate written agreements.
Who we are
This website is operated by AtlasHive ("AtlasHive", "we", "us"), {{legal.registration}}, registered office: Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India - 380051. You can contact us at info@atlashive.com.
What we collect
This website has no forms. You cannot send us personal data through the website, and we do not store any submissions.
When you call or email us. If you choose to phone us or write to info@atlashive.com, you give us whatever you decide to share, usually your name, email address or phone number, company and what you need help with. Our email and telephone providers process these messages and calls to deliver them to us.
When you browse. Our hosting provider's web servers keep standard access logs: IP address, date and time, the page requested, the response, the referring page and your browser's user agent. Our own application logs record errors and security events with the page, the time and, for security events, the IP address.
Visit statistics, only if you accept. If you press "Accept" in the cookie banner, Google Analytics counts your visit: the pages you open, how you reached the site, the time spent, your device and browser type, and your approximate location (country and city), which Google derives from your IP address. Google Analytics does not store IP addresses. If you press "Decline", or make no choice, Google Analytics is not loaded and nothing is sent to Google. We use these statistics only to see which pages are useful and to improve the website. We do not use advertising or social media tracking, and Google Signals and advertising features are switched off.
Cookies
| Cookie | Set by | Purpose | Kept for |

The administration area, used by authorised AtlasHive staff, also sets a strictly necessary session cookie when a staff member signs in.
Your choice. Statistics cookies are used only if you accept them. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. If you decline after accepting, we delete the Google Analytics cookies from your browser and stop loading Google Analytics.
